Typical matters include advising on complex business transactions and contract negotiation, preparation and review of commercial contracts, SaaS subscription agreements, vendor agreements, consulting and professional service agreements, technology/IT licenses and terms of service, privacy and data security matters, acquisitions and financing, intellectual property protection, and corporate policies.  

Dan advises individual clients and investment partnerships on company formation and investment structure, shareholder and operating agreements, real estate investment and development projects, leases, taxation issues, angel and venture capital investments, private placement of securities, trademarks and other intellectual property.

Dan also assists clients with domestic and international estate and trust matters.
