David is Managing Partner of the firm. His practice encompasses a broad spectrum of civil issues with an emphasis in civil trial work, real estate and business transactions.
He has represented a wide range of clients in varied industries and market sectors. This includes automobile dealers, consulting firms, individual consumers, contractors and developers, franchisees and franchisors, journalists, property owners, homeowners' associations, manufacturing companies, restaurant and bar owners, importers, retail store owners, and software developers.

Organized affiliate company and strategic alliance agreement to provide east coast presence for Washington-based national importer of manufactured goods.
Obtained dismissal in Superior Court trial of a damage claim by a purchaser for more than $300,000, who alleged fraudulent concealment against a real estate developer.

Successfully prosecuted to Superior Court judgment a claim by property owner for adverse possession of waterfront property.

Successfully defended family member in Superior Court TEDRA trial in which the plaintiffs sought more than $300,000 in damages, alleging undue influence.
Successfully defended a claim by a property owner for quiet title and abatement of nuisance in Superior Court trial between neighboring waterfront property owners.
