Shaun has been an attorney since 1981.  Her practice focuses on real estate and general business issues.  Her practice areas include real property and business transactions, including loan modifications, workouts and representing borrowers in residential foreclosure mediations.

Prior to joining Inslee, Best in December 2011, Shaun developed her own solo law practice, representing small business owners, developers, investors, homeowners, and buyers and sellers in both straightforward and complex commercial and residential transactions.

Shaun is actively involved in her community, having helped an ad-hoc neighborhood group appeal a building permit of a multi-unit, mixed-use condominium.  She frequently speaks at seminars on real estate and business law issues and was formerly Chair for the Real Property and Probate Section of the King County Bar Association.
