Jessica concentrates her practice on corporate immigration, assisting foreign nationals in obtaining various types of immigrant and nonimmigrant visas through employment or investment. She represents U.S. and multinational companies of all sizes in a variety of industries to hire and maintain foreign employees.

Her experience in business transaction, tax and bankruptcy law is advantageous in navigating complex employment-based visa categories such as E-2, L-1, EB-1, EB-2/3 and EB-5. She can assist a foreign individual or company to form a business in the United States, sponsor visas to bring over employees from abroad, and advise on change of status when the business is merged or sold.

Jessica’s immigration practice involves matters inside the U.S. with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and border and consular processing matters before Customs and Border Protection and the Department of State.
