ESTATE AND TRUST ADMINISTRATION

Complementing our Estate Planning practice is our Probate and Trust Administration practice, through which we assist fiduciaries with their duties as Trustees and Personal Representatives. We strive to provide reasonable and grounded counsel to our fiduciary clients and to assist our clients in the disposition of their assets after death in the most efficient way possible in order to minimize costs and reduce - or even eliminate - their tax liability. Our probate and corporate paralegals are invaluable assets to our group and help us to deliver exceptional services at a reasonable cost. Some of the services we provide include preparing and/or planning for:

  • Estate and Gift Tax Returns
  • Fiduciaries Advisement
  • Asset Valuation
  • Post-Mortem
  • Marital Deduction and Trust Funding Analysis
  • Trust and Estate Litigation

Unfortunately, disputes related to estate and trust administration are sometimes unavoidable. Our lawyers are well-versed in the use of TEDRA (Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act) and are skilled at representing clients in court and in alternative dispute resolution settings such as mediation and arbitration.
