Gail's practice primarily focuses on complex business transactions covering a wide range of industries
including health care, real estate, construction, food service, retail, communications, accounting,
medical services and others. In addition to his transactional work, Gail also assists business clients
with the formation of business entities, joint ventures, purchases and sales, mergers and acquisitions,
business operating agreements, facility management agreements and employment agreements. Gail has served
as general counsel for numerous real estate development projects, including shopping centers, apartment
complexes, marinas, restaurants, ranches, orchards, residential condominiums, hospitals, nursing homes,
medical office buildings, retail projects and commercial projects. His practice includes extensive borrower
and lender transactions involving both real and personal property, and including the private placement of
securities. Gail also carries a unique expertise in hospital, nursing home and medical facility development,
financing, and purchase/sale agreements. Gail has served as the president of Inslee Best for many years
and as Chairman of the Business Transactions Group.
