He acts primarily as outside general counsel to owners of small and medium-sized companies in matters involving real estate, purchase and sale transactions, corporate and partnership formation, contracts, leases, construction disputes and employment law.  For approximately 20 years Andy’s practice emphasized construction and commercial litigation in trial and appellate courts.  He now calls on that experience to counsel business clients in avoiding and, when necessary, managing litigation disputes.  Andy has published articles in the fields of antitrust and employment law, has spoken at CLE seminars involving real estate transactions and litigation procedures, and has served as committee or board chair of numerous civic and Bar organizations.
