Brian’s practice involves working with many of the firm’s practice groups
and includes land use and municipal law, business and real estate matters
and civil litigation. Prior
to entering private practice in 2004, Brian served as judicial law clerk
to the Honorable Justice Gerald F. Schroeder of the Idaho State Supreme
Court for the 2003-04 judicial term. During law school, Brian served as Secretary/Treasurer
of the Gonzaga Moot Court Council, Associate Editor of the Gonzaga Law
Review and Legal Intern for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office.
