Shawna works in conjunction with a number of the firm's practice groups including the Business Planning and Transactions, Health Care, Municipal, Real Estate and Litigation groups. Prior to entering private practice in 2004, Shawna served as judicial law clerk to Associate Chief Justice Charles W. Johnson of the Washington State Supreme Court for the 2003-2004 judicial term. During law school, Shawna served on Law Review as Note & Comment Editor and chairperson of the National Conference for Law Reviews, the Dispute Resolution Board, and as an Extern for the Washington State Supreme Court.
