Bill has been practicing law for 16 years. His practice focuses on real estate, construction, and bankruptcy litigation as well as business formation and tax controversies. His client base includes individuals and businesses throughout Western Washington.
Prior to his law practice, Bill was a Certified Public Accountant. This background benefits his clients and law practice by providing a complimentary expertise to draw upon for accounting, tax, and financial information. Bill’s cases range from multi-million dollar construction claims and real estate disputes to small collection matters. He is experienced in state and federal courts and has also represented numerous clients in large and small arbitrations.
