Bill has been practicing law for nearly 30 years. His practice focuses on real estate and business transactions with an emphasis in tax law. His business transactions practice includes a wide range of services including analyzing, structuring and forming business entities, shareholder buy-sell agreements, employment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex commercial transactions. Bill’s real estate and development practice involves guiding his clients through boundary line disputes, commercial and residential lease transactions, office and shopping mall development and other property issues. With a strong emphasis in tax law, Bill ensures his clients maximize their tax advantage in every transaction.
