Don has been practicing law for over 25 years. His practice primarily focuses on
commercial business transactions in addition to legal entity formation and
intellectual property matters. Don assists clients in analyzing, structuring
and forming the most appropriate and advantageous business entity. In addition,
he helps protect and maintain his clients’ businesses with his expertise in
intellectual property law. This includes all issues regarding trademark,
service mark, trade name, trade dress and copyright law. Don also has extensive
experience with business joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, commercial
real estate financing, leases, purchase and sales agreements.
