Brett's practice focuses on representing clients with a wide range of residential and commercial real estate and business transactions. Brett assists his individual and corporate clients with residential, corporate, and commercial purchase and sale transactions (including yacht and aircraft purchase and sale agreements), stock and asset purchase and sale agreements, private placement memoranda, leases, subleases, assignments, title examinations, easements, boundary line disputes, homeowners' association and condominium association matters, shopping center leases, antenna site leases, corporate formations, independent contractor agreements, license agreements, contract negotiations, and resolution of contract disputes. He also has extensive experience with licensing and regulation of assisted living facilities and boarding homes. Brett is committed to helping his clients analyze, organize, and resolve all aspects of their real estate and business transactions.

Brett played football for the Huskies and later spent four years playing professionally in the NFL and the World League. When he is not assisting clients, Brett enjoys skiing, golfing, mountain biking, lifting weights and spending time with his family. When on vacation, Brett can be found in Whistler, B.C. enjoying the great outdoors.
