Weber Shareholder Direct Dial:  425.450.4229 Fax:  425.635.7720 Email: kweber@insleebest.com PRACTICE EMPHASIS AND EXPERIENCE Business Employment Municipalities Real Estate Kathy's practice focuses on employment and labor law (both transactions and litigation), business, real estate and commercial transactions and municipal law.  Kathy represents employers in a wide range of employment-related issues, including discrimination, sexual harassment, wage-and-hour, unfair competition and wrongful discharge claims.  She advises clients on matters involving the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Washington Minimum Wage Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the federal and state anti-discrimination laws, the Family Medical Leave Act, the National Labor Relations Act, and the Public Employees’ Collective Bargaining Act.  Kathy assists clients in drafting and implementing employment contracts and manuals, and provides individual training and education programs for employers.  She also represents employers in labor negotiations and disputes.  Kathy further facilitates real estate and business transactions on behalf of her private and municipal clients.
