Inslee Best Continues to Grow Adding Two Real Estate and Business Transaction Attorneys

Business and Real Estate attorneys Daniel N. Shin and Chris M. Kang join the Inslee Best Doezie & Ryder P.S. team.

Shin, works closely with Chinese, Korean, and Canadian government entities, as well as domestic government entities such as the Port of Olympia, Foss Waterway Authority and Port of Chehalis, banks, companies, health care providers and investors on a wide range of business and real estate related transactions.  He is President of the Korean Bar Association. Prior to his law career, he was a real estate property manager.  Shin received his J.D., from Osgood Hall Law School and his B.A. from University of Toronto – Trinity College. 

Kang, works with clients on a wide variety of business transaction and real estate matters addressing commercial loans, complex financing, purchase and sale agreements, leasing agreements involving dental practices, multi-family and mixed-use properties, office, retail and shopping centers.  Prior to his transactional practice Chris was a litigator.  Chris received his J.D. from the University of Washington, School of Law and his B.A. from University of California, Berkeley.
