He has significant experience in complex litigation including contract, trademark, sponsorship, and operations lawsuits involving local professional and amateur sporting events. Scott also has substantial ADR (mediation/arbitration) experience. During law school, Scott served on the International and Comparative Law Review as a Senior Production Editor and as an extern for Justice Faith Ireland (Ret.) of the Washington State Supreme Court.
