Prior to taking on his role as President of Inslee Best, where he has practiced for over 30 years, Gail served as Chair of the firm’s Business Transaction Group. His practice primarily focuses on complex business transactions covering a wide range of industries including health care, real estate, construction, food service, retail, communications and others. In addition to his transactional work, Gail also assists corporate clients with the formation of business entities, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, business operating agreements, facility management agreements and employment agreements. Gail has served as general counsel for numerous real estate development projects, including shopping centers, apartment complexes, marinas, restaurants, ranches, orchards, residential condominiums, hospitals, nursing homes, medical office buildings, retail projects and commercial projects. His practice includes extensive borrower and lender transactions involving both real and personal property. Gail also carries a unique expertise in hospital, nursing home and medical facility development, financing, and purchase/sale agreements.
