Mike has been practicing law for nearly 40 years. His primary areas
of practice include municipal law, water rights law, and federal
and state civil litigation. Mike
advises cities and special purpose districts on all aspects of municipal
law. He
handles matters concerning water rights, water transfers, and development
of water supply. Clients benefit from his additional knowledge of environmental
issues including the particulars of the Endangered Species Act. Mike also represents
clients in commercial and environmental litigation. Mike was named a "Super
Lawyer" by Washington Law & Politics in 1999.
