John has been practicing law for over 30 years. His practice focuses
on business and management labor and employment law, with an emphasis on business organizations
and transactions, and employment-related matters. As a frequent speaker and writer
on business and employment law topics, John advises his clients in all aspects of business,
including formation, acquisitions and sales, contracts, and real estate transactions. In
the areas of employment law, John defends clients in discrimination, sexual harassment
and wrongful discharge cases. He also handles matters related to labor relations,
Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and employment policies
and procedures.
