Frimodt Shareholder Direct Dial:  425.450.4262 Fax:  425.635.7720 Email:efrimodt@insleebest.com PRACTICE EMPHASIS AND EXPERIENCE Business Entity Formation and Maintenance Litigation Municipalities Real Estate Eric’s practice focuses on municipal law, business and real estate matters and civil litigation.  He guides his clients through a wide variety of municipal law issues, including public works, condemnations and personnel and labor issues.  He advises clients in the formation of new business entities and transactions and assists clients in resolving a variety of contractual and civil legal disputes.  Eric has civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts at the trial and appellate court levels.  He was previously with Battelle Pacific Northwest Laboratories, where he was responsible for negotiating and administering large government research and development contracts as well as construction and maintenance contracts for Battelle's private facilities.
