Don, licensed in both Washington and California, has been practicing law for over 26 years. His practice focuses on all matters relating to general business, real estate, corporate and estate planning issues. This includes commercial and residential leases and development; and sophisticated and simple estate planning. He has significant experience in adoption matters as well as extensive ADR (mediation/arbitration) experience. He has represented individuals and entities in a broad range of business and corporate issues involving a variety of industries including: contractors, developers, merchants (retail and wholesale), consumers, video production and distribution, writers, electronics, professionals (doctors, accountants), restaurants, coffee retailers and roasters, towing companies, sports facilities, trucking companies, banks and others.

PERSONAL
Don has served on several Boards of organizations dedicated to the needs, advancement and education of the youth of our community. He is the proud father of five children, all accomplished collegiate athletes. Don attended UCLA on a soccer scholarship and then played 6 years of professional soccer. He has been honored several times for his coaching activities. Don has also received multiple awards for his pro bono work.
