John has been practicing law for over 20 years. His practice focuses on estate
planning, federal estate and gift taxation, probate and real estate
issues. John also assists clients in the formation and operation of tax-exempt organizations,
such as private foundations, schools, and churches. He is committed to helping
his clients minimize gift and estate taxes and developing plans to transfer assets and
provide for surviving family members and beneficiaries. From wills and trusts
to family businesses and charitable giving, John helps his clients plan a profitable
future for their business and personal interests. He has also represented notable residential
and commercial real estate clients such as the developers of Bellevue Square, Eagle
Hardware & Garden,
Mazda Motor of America, Inc., and other private and public businesses
both locally and nationally. John is a renowned speaker on estate planning and probate
topics, and carries a solid reputation for guiding his clients through the complexities
of estate and gift taxation. Prior to entering private practice, John served as
general counsel for the Vyzis Company.
