Ken dedicates his practice to advising individuals, families, and fiduciaries in the areas of estate planning,
estate and trust administration, guardianships, and estate and trust related disputes.
Ken counsels his clients in both tax and non-tax aspects of estate planning. Ken represents individuals and professional fiduciaries in
all aspects of probate/trust administration and probate/trust litigation. Ken frequently serves as a court appointed Special Representative,
Guardian ad Litem, and Personal Representative. Ken works with his business clients in the areas of entity formation, succession planning,
non-profits, and real estate.
Ken is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel ("ACTEC") and has received the highest "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell.
Ken has been named a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law & Politics magazine for 2006 through 2010, and was named by Washington
Law & Politics as one of the top 40 elder law lawyers in 2010. Ken is a frequent speaker on estate planning at CLEs and other seminars, and has
been chosen by his clients as a FIVE STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager appearing in Seattle Magazine.
