Ken serves his estate planning clients by utilizing several
different tools including wills, living trusts, durable powers of attorney,
living wills, life insurance trusts, pre-nuptial agreements, generation skipping
trusts, charitable trusts, family foundations, guardianships, and residence
trusts. Ken’s practice also focuses
on disputes involving trusts, estates, and guardianships. Ken frequently serves
as court appointed special representative and Guardian ad Litem. Ken works with
his business clients in the areas of entity formation, succession planning,
non-profits, and real estate.
Ken is a frequent speaker on estate planning at
CLEs and other seminars, has been chosen by his clients as a FIVE
STAR: Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager appearing in
Seattle Magazine, and has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” by Washington Law &
Politics magazine for 2006, 2007, and 2008.
Ken is “AV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating obtainable by
members of the legal community.
