Jerome (“Jay”) has been practicing law for almost 30 years. His practice
focuses on real estate development, commercial business transactions and legal entity
formation. He assists clients with the intricacies of major purchase and sale transactions
for large, diversified businesses and real estate. He negotiates and drafts commercial
and residential leases, handles real estate title examination and clearing, defends lien
claims and facilitates construction contract negotiations. With his expertise in
the acquisition, ownership, development and financing of real estate, Jay helps clients
lease new office space or negotiate a retail development initiative quickly and efficiently. Major
construction companies, such as Design Guild Homes, Inc. and JPI Lifestyle Apartment
Communities, and auto dealerships for Chevrolet and GMC, have put their trust in Jay.
